Growing up can be really tough, especially in this digital age where every moment seems to be under a microscope (or in front of a camera phone lens). With increasing school pressure, peer-relationship challenges, hormonal and physical changes to contend with, it's no wonder that we seem to be in the throws of a mental health crisis among the younger generation. Journaling, mindfulness, exercise and diet can all help with mental health awareness and emotional wellbeing but sometimes more support is needed.
