Mental Health Awareness Resources

Growing up can be really tough, especially in this digital age where every moment seems to be under a microscope (or in front of a camera phone lens). With increasing school pressure, peer-relationship challenges, hormonal and physical changes to contend with, it's no wonder that we seem to be in the throws of a mental health crisis among the younger generation. Journaling, mindfulness, exercise and diet can all help with mental health awareness and emotional wellbeing but sometimes more support is needed. Below are some links to great places that offer support to young people and their parents at times of need.
